We can ship our products to almost every country and can offer an affordable shipping service for most of them.

We do not ship to: South Sudan and Crimea.

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Notes:

1.Processing time of the product is calculated from the time your order is verifed, after which the order is just put into processing procedures.

2.Processing time or delivery time of the product might be put off due to the delay of order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.

3. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

In addition, the standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the ocean line can reach most of the main countries, below are the estimated shipping times (delivery from Global Warehouses that nearby you).

Notes:

1.* Countries which requiry customs duty. The customs policies differ among different countries.Once the parcel reaches the destination country, any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the recipient.

2. Within 1-2 business days after the order is successfully dispatched, we will providing the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.

3.We apologize that the P.O.Boxes and military address(APO, FPO)can not be delivered.For the US territories,please leave a note when you place an order. For example,if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.    

4.Customers from Brazil please remember to leave a message providing us your 11-digit CPF/CNP as your custom needs it.

5.Customers from Russia please leave a message to illustrate the name and the specific address of your company because the private address in Russia can not be delivered.

 

What is the shipping cost?

The prices of our products vary according to the type, location, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.

1.Ensure to have selected the correct delivery country in the “adress book”  page;

2.Choose a shipping method in Purchase page;

3.An estimate of the shipping fees will be shown as you can see in the example here below;
