Litfad: positive experience
We ordered a bed from Litfad. Unlike many of the comments in other reviews, our experience was essentially positive. Yes, there was a delay delivering the bed - it had to travel from China to Rotterdam before arriving here - but not significantly longer than we had been told to expect. One of the five packages went missing, but that had nothing to do with Litfad - it got mislaid somewhere between Rotterdam and south-west France. Litfad's communication with me was excellent: replies to my questions were sent quickly and were always informative, constructive and helpful. The missing fifth item was replaced. We are delighted with the quality of the bed itself.
