Where is my order?

Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 7-10 business days to prepare the items after you place the order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. For handmade, hand painted or customized products, it might take an extra 7-10 days for production, which would be specified in our Product Description.
As for shipping time, please check the Shipping Info page. You can log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Track Order Details" button for more details.
